Plainfield High School Hosts Mock Vehicle Accident

May 24, 2007
After some long and arduous planning by Asst. Chief Travis Irons of the Central Village Fire Co. and the Plainfield High School SADD program, a mock accident was held for all high school students to see the dangers of drinking and driving, as well as the repercussions it has on you, family and friends. We hope all the students who watched now think about their actions before they want to drink and drive, and that this years prom season is a safe one. Special thanks to all who assisted the Central Village Fire Co. and the Plainfield High School SADD Program in making this mock accident a success; KB Ambulance, Moosup Fire Dept, Moosup Plainfield Ambulance, Hartford Hospital Life Star, Plainfield Police Dept, Townline Auto, Tillinghast & Dougherty Brothers Funeral Homes, QV Dispatch and American Ambulance. *Pictures courtesy of my girlfriend Whitney*
